• Act as the primary advisor for business clients, building and maintaining strong, trust‑based relationships.
• Assess and attend to clients’ banking needs, gathering and processing client and account information.
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products, and recommend financial solutions tailored to each client’s unique goals.
• Deliver financial expertise and client‑centric solutions that foster long‑term partnerships.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience.

• Strong relationship management and business development abilities.
• Well‑developed analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure.
• Knowledge of cash flow management and business credit underwriting.
• Understanding of basic financial accounting and analysis.
• Some knowledge of bank products and services that supports effective cross‑selling.
• Ability to collaborate across the organization to manage customer relationships.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen with knowledge of diverse business types, industries, markets, and economic concepts.

• Pay Range: $80,280 – $98,120 per year.
