Loan Servicing Specialist

Job Summary

The Loan Servicing Specialist will manage various aspects of the loan servicing life cycle, including processing loan payments, advances, transfers, and payoffs; maintaining loan documentation, collateral files, insurance records, and customer statements; monitoring insurance coverage; and preparing loan‑related reports, notices, and correspondence.

• Process loan payments, advances, and line of credit transactions.
• Board loans into the bank’s core processing system.
• Maintain loan and collateral files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor insurance requirements and follow up on expired or canceled policies.
• Prepare and distribute loan‑related reports, notices, and correspondence.
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries and provide operational support to loan officers and other staff.
• Assist with loan documentation and support collection efforts on delinquent accounts.

• 5+ years of experience in small business or commercial loan administration (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and loan origination systems.
• Knowledge of Navigator (preferred).
• Experience with Laser Pro a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

This is an in‑office position.
