Business Operations Specialist

As our business operations specialist, you will help our business department by completing a pre‑review of loan requests, preparing reports, processing payments, assisting with updating loan data in systems, compliance and quality control reviews, understanding and educating other staff about loan policy, and assisting the business department with various other tasks as requested.

• Complete pre‑review of loan requests to ensure compliance with business lending policy and regulations.
• Process participation loan payments to outside financial institutions.
• Prepare and distribute required reports internally and externally.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of internal loan policies and update business staff when changes occur.

• 40 hours a week, typically 8am-5pm Monday through Friday
• Education equivalent to a two‑year degree preferred
• Minimum one year experience in related field required
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Passion for service and supporting the mission and vision of Capital Credit Union
