Compensation: $50,000–$84,000 (based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Universal Banker to join a growing community bank in Bismarck, North Dakota. This role is ideal for a customer-focused banking professional who enjoys building relationships, leading by example, and delivering exceptional service while supporting branch operations.

The Senior Universal Banker plays a key role in providing outstanding customer experiences, mentoring team members, and helping the branch achieve operational and sales goals.

• Provide leadership and support to the retail banking team while promoting exceptional customer service
• Assist with daily branch operations and ensure efficient workflow
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consumer and business banking customers
• Open personal and business deposit accounts
• Assist customers with consumer loan requests and banking solutions
• Resolve complex customer service issues and operational inquiries
• Identify opportunities to recommend banking products and services that meet customer needs
• Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently
• Help achieve branch performance goals and support employee development

• Minimum of 3 years of retail banking, customer service, and sales experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Associate degree or completion of a business or trade school program preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service
