As a leader within Corporate Development, you will drive high impact business diligence and company wide strategic initiatives. You willpartnerwith Market Leaders to lead M & A sourcing and business case development.

Leveraging deep market insight, and analytical rigor, you will develop prioritized M & A sourcing pipeline. For M & A activities, you will partner with market leaders to articulate the strategic rationale and help market leaders build the business case for each tra nsa ction. You will build detailed waterfall modelsand finan cia lforecaststoevaluate M & A opportunities. You’llwork with market and functional leaders to translate businesscaseand value drivers into integration planning, supporting the end-to-end M & A process.

You’llbe responsible for leading and mentoring junior team members across the M & A lifecycle. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizen ship is required .

• Lead development of business case for acquisitions and equity investments.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments toidentifygrowth opportunities and strategic risks.
• Partner with business leaders to define strategic objectives, key assumptions, implementation plans, and success met rics.
• Develop executive-level presentations and recommendations for leadership reviews, board meetings, and investment committees.
• Evaluate M & A opportunities, leading business andcommer cia l due diligence.
• Establish standardized frameworks and met hodologies for business case development.

• 3+ years of experience with strategy consult ing, investment banking, or corporate development
• Experience structuring complex problemsanddelivering insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Experience building complex finan cia l models, including finan cia l waterfalls and forecasts, scenario analyses, ROI frameworks, and valuation assessments to support executive decision-making
• Experience with Micro sof t Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentations
• Experience in the Aerospace, Defense, Government Services, or Tech market
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights, including using large data sets in Excel such as pivot tables
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively on cross functional teams

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
