Enable, Inc in Bismarck, ND is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Direct Support Professional for our Day Services program. If you have a passion for helping others and enjoy creating engaging and fulfilling experiences, we want to hear from you!

• Provide hands‑on support to individuals with disabilities in a day program setting
• Assist with daily living skills, community integration, and recreational activities
• Implement individualized service plans and goals
• Promote independence and self‑advocacy
• Document progress and provide feedback to supervisory staff
• Drive people we serve to and from their homes and other activities

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Must be able to drive a 15 passenger van
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for making a difference in the lives of others

Full Time:
Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 4:30pm

Pay: $18.00 to $19.00
