Sanford Health - Up to $22.50/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide meaningful activities for residents and administer the monthly activity calendar.;
Lead one-on-one and group activities, incorporating music, crafts, and spiritual activities, while maintaining dignity.;
Assist with basic nursing procedures and transport residents; support MDS/EPIC documentation.;
Demonstrate leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving; motivate staff and manage behavioral issues.;
Plan and oversee resource utilization and design work processes with autonomous prioritization.
