Job SummaryThe Speech Language Pathologist assesses, plans, organizes, develops and implements pediatric speech‑language pathology therapy services for individual clients and outside contract services. The Speech Language Pathologist will create individualized treatment plans according to the clients’ needs and circumstances. The Speech Language Pathologist will meet with clients on a regular basis to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Education and Experience Required- Master’s degree from an ASHA accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist and ASHA certificate of clinical competence or CFY, or eligibility or evidence of application for licensure
- Have or be eligible for ASHA membership
- Valid North Dakota Driver’s License
Skills and Abilities
- Three years’ experience in pediatric speech‑language pathology or work with intellectually/developmentally disabled population
- Knowledge of payment sources and systems related to SLP
- Experience collaborating with ABA programming
- One year experience with assistive technology
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
