Do you thrive in the wee hours of the night, ready to provide support and care to those who need it most? If so, Enable, Inc in Bismarck, ND is looking for dedicated individuals like you to join our team as an awake night Direct Support Professional!

As an awake night DSP, you will be responsible for providing assistance and guidance to individuals with disabilities during the overnight hours. Your duties will include ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients, assisting with nightly tasks, and promoting independence and self-advocacy.

Our ideal candidate is a night owl at heart, able to work independently and make quick decisions when needed. Experience in the field of disabilities is a plus, but we also welcome those with a passion for helping others and a willingness to learn.

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities
• Assist with living tasks, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management
• Monitor and respond to any medical or behavioral needs during the night
• Document all client interactions and any significant events
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all clients

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts

Full Time: Seven on seven off working Wednesday to Wednesday 7:00 pm - 8:30 am

Pay: $19.50 - $21
