As a Part Time Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. This may include helping with activities of daily living, providing transportation, and assisting with recreational activities. You will work closely with individuals to ensure their needs are met and that they are able to live fulfilling and independent lives.

In addition to providing direct support, you will also be responsible for documenting progress, communicating with other team members, and following all company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate and patient demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for making a difference in the lives of others
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Must be able to drive a passenger van
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

*** Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)
