In this position, you will support our providers by accurately documenting patient encounters and helping maintain precise, thorough medical records—an essential part of delivering exceptional care.
Responsibilities:- Accurately document patient visits in real-time
- Assist healthcare providers with charting and medical record documentation
- Ensure all patient information is accurately recorded and updated
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and other team members
- Adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality
- Previous experience as a Medical Scribe preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
