Employees in this role are eligible to earn a performance-based bonus of up to $15,000 per year, in addition to their base salary. This bonus is based on individual performance.

Your Role as an Occupational Therapist:
As an Occupational Therapist at T & K Pediatric Services, you will play a vital role in helping children develop the skills they need to perform daily activities and reach their developmental milestones. You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team of therapists, including speech-language pathologists, early intervention, physical therapists, and behavioral health, to provide our patients with comprehensive and individualized treatment plans.
YourResponsibilities As An Occupational Therapist Will Include
- Evaluating children's physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities to determine their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Creating and implementing therapeutic activities and exercises to improve motor skills, coordination, sensory integration, and cognitive abilities.
- Monitoring and recording progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and documenting patient's achievements.
- Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to therapy.
- Providing education and support to parents and caregivers about strategies to promote skill development and carryover of therapy techniques at home.
- A master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- A state license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in North Dakota.
- Prior experience working with children, preferably in a pediatric setting. Will train the right person.
- Demonstrated knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, parents, and caregivers.
