Frontier Precision is seeking a detail-oriented and service-minded HR & Administrative Coordinator to support our Human Resources department and serve as the first point of contact for our corporate office in Bismarck.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands‑on exposure to recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR operations — while working in a stable, growth-oriented, employee-owned company.

What You’ll Do Human Resources Support
  • Assist with recruiting and applicant tracking
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Support new hire onboarding and employee orientation
  • Assist with benefits enrollment and HR documentation
  • Maintain employee files and compliance records
Corporate Office & Administrative Support
  • Answer and route incoming corporate office calls
  • Provide professional support to internal team members
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming office environment
  • Assist with general administrative coordination

    You’ll work directly with the HR Manager and gain meaningful exposure across core HR functions — making this an excellent stepping stone into a long‑term HR career.

    Compensation & Schedule
    • $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)
    • Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
    • In‑office in Bismarck, ND
