Recruiter, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

The High-Volume Seasonal Recruiter plays a key role in building the workforce that supports TRMF's busy May through September operating season. This position leads full-cycle recruitment for 400+ seasonal roles across hospitality, entertainment, guest services, retail, food and beverage, lodging, maintenance, and operations. Partnering closely with hiring managers, the recruiter develops sourcing strategies, manages candidate pipelines, supports international hiring programs, and delivers a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.

The ideal candidate is an organized, relationship-focused recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. They excel at managing multiple priorities, building talent pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing goals. Experience in full-cycle recruiting, applicant tracking systems, and seasonal, hospitality, tourism, or event-based hiring is highly preferred, along with a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities.
