Generation Engineer; part-time

Position Summary

We are seeking a creative and technically curious Next-Generation Engineer to help modernize and automate processes across the organization. This role will leverage emerging technologies—including machine learning, automation platforms, and advanced analytics—to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enable smarter business operations. The ideal candidate is an inquisitive problem-solver who enjoys experimenting with new tools and technologies.

• Work with our teams to identify opportunities to automate manual or repetitive processes across the organization.
• Design and implement technology solutions using tools such as machine learning, AI, scripting, and automation platforms.
• Prototype and test innovative ideas that improve operational efficiency and data insights.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that can benefit the organization.
• Build scalable and reliable automation solutions that integrate with existing systems.
• Document solutions and share knowledge across the team.

• Experience with automation, scripting, data engineering, or machine learning tools. Please specifically call out emerging technologies, tools, languages that you have experience working with.

This position is part time, contractor based with hourly pay.
