Operations Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range for this position is $126,500 - $208,700. Actual salary is determined by role scope, complexity, location, skills, education, training, credentials and experience.

Employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?

The Senior Director, BI Operations Strategy & Delivery – Tech Currency role translates enterprise technology currency priorities into a strategy and execution approach that modernizes Infrastructure, End User Productivity, and Cybersecurity capabilities across BI Operations and Business Process Management workflows and experiences. Working collaboratively with business, operations, and technology leaders, the role defines the scope and services of technology currency enablement impacting BI Operations, supports the BI technology currency engagement model, and manages readiness, risk mitigation, and governance for these capability areas.

Lead change management and business readiness planning across impacted business areas.

What Will You Do?
  • Own a high-level business vision of high complexity and translate it into strategy and capabilities; partner with finance and business to define business value.
  • Understand and align business vision, strategies, operating vision, imperatives, and capabilities to define technology imperatives and business capabilities, including employee and customer-facing analytic capabilities.
  • Lead definition and refinement of business needs, solutions, process flows, and epics and candidate features in partnership with business leaders.
  • Create and set performance goals, KPIs, and key milestones for proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate with business and technical architects to ensure solutions fit into the overall enterprise architecture.
  • Ensure delivery and execution of projects or programs, leading business readiness, change management, and implementation of delivered capabilities.
  • Develop strategy roadmaps identifying time frames, deliverables, and dependencies; proactively manage and mitigate risk and appropriately escalated issues.
  • Facilitate updates with senior business leaders and make decisions at appropriate levels.
  • Demonstrate strong executive leadership communication and serve as liaison to the business community.
  • Assist in development of strategy business value, balancing solution cost and benefit realization.
  • Participate in acquisition of information and expertise to inform capability strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
  • 10+ years of related experience.
  • Prior experience in strategy development.
  • Prior experience in project and change management.
  • Prior software delivery experience.
  • Prior management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree.
  • Prior experience within the P&C industry.

6 years of related work experience.
