Work

Schedule
  • Hybrid (after an initial training period) from one of our three office locations:
    • Cedar Rapids, IA
    • Lake St. Louis, MO
    • Mandan, ND
  • Hybrid schedule:
    Minimum of working 3 days per week in the office and ability to work up to all 5 days a week in the office, as needed.
  • Required days from an office location:
    Tuesday and Wednesday – the third required day will be chosen by the candidate and their supervisor.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Product, Quality, User Experience, Learning Center, and Development teams to track and manage team activities throughout active projects and development environments.
  • Create and update dashboards and reports to communicate project and release status.
  • Identify, track and communicate progress of deliverables that must be in production to meet critical regulatory or strategic objectives.
  • Assist with root cause and problem‑solving activities to continually improve processes and quality.
  • Provide regular updates on release content and status to internal departments and groups.
  • Coordinate with the technical writing group to ensure training/documentation is circulated to the Member and updated as needed.
  • Support senior coordinators in beta site coordination activities, including identifying and routing issues, bugs, enhancements, and satisfaction feedback to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Proactively offer help to teammates when workload allows; willingly assist with tasks outside primary assignments to support shared team success.
  • Leverage generative AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity, creativity, and problem‑solving within the scope of the role.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Understands project goals, participants’ roles, and the importance of project management principles (time, cost, quality). Participates in project support activities.
  • With oversight, plans and organizes work activities to accomplish and follow pre‑determined standards or procedures.
  • Exhibits strong verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills; communicates professionally and listens actively to others.
  • Understands fundamental facilitation skills and is a proactive participant.
  • Possesses a basic understanding of the utility and/or telecom industries.
  • Maintains a basic level of knowledge of the necessary software applications needed to meet the demands of the job.
Education Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business‐related field or equivalent experience.
