Technology Partnerships Lead

Help shape meaningful collaborations with Mission Technology providers and Enterprise Technology partners in AI and Cyber.

Develop and manage relationships, coordinate joint go-to-market efforts, support product adoption through partnership strategies, drive pipeline development and execution, launch joint offerings, foster alignment, lead executive reviews, and deliver differentiated solutions.

• 8+ years of professional experience
• 5+ years in business development and delivery focusing on relationships with market‑aligned organizations
• Experience in Defense or National Security Technology market with AI, Autonomy, Cloud, Cyber, or Edge C2
• Knowledge of federal procurement process
• Knowledge of market analysis, business strategy, solution marketing, partnering, alliance relationships, or channel development
• Ability to translate complex requirements into engaging narratives and measurable results
• Bachelor’s degree

• Innovation, research, and development planning experience
• Knowledge of startup culture and early‑stage investments
• Ability to operate independently and juggle multiple tasks within timelines and scope
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in a highly matrixed organization

Projected compensation range: $99,000—$225,000 annually (USD) plus benefits.

May require occasional in‑person work at Booz Allen or customer facilities.
