Join the North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (DOCR) as a Technology & Business Analyst and help improve how a complex statewide organization uses data and technology to make decisions.
Summary of Work- Gather and document business, data, reporting, and technology requirements
- Analyze workflows, systems, and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and improve dashboards, reports, datasets, and analytical tools
- Lead and provide oversight for technology projects and system implementations, including coordinating testing and validation activities
- Improve data quality, consistency, accessibility, and governance practices
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Work across teams to solve data, reporting, system, and process challenges
- Support communication, training, and adoption of new tools and processes
- Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, business analytics, information systems, computer science, public administration, business administration, project management, or a closely related field
- At least three years of hands‑on experience in data analysis, business analysis, reporting, technology projects, or related analytical work
- Must be able to pass a background investigation and criminal record check

Location: The position is located at DOCR Central Office in Bismarck, ND and may be eligible for hybrid work after the successful completion of the probationary period.
