enGen is seeking an IMS DBA to design, install, configure, and maintain IMS Full Function, HALDB, and IMS Fastpath databases within a z/OS Parallel Sysplex. You will optimize performance, manage HALDB databases, and implement backup/recovery strategies.
The role requires on-call rotation for 24/7 IMS support, collaboration with development and system teams, and adherence to data governance policies. US citizenship is required for contractual/access reasons.
