Enterprise Cybersecurity Program Manager, Lead

The Opportunity:

Provide technical project management leadership for multiple cross-portfolio cybersecurity projects through completion. Critically review project scope to ensure all potential cybersecurity impacts are addressed. Assemble cross-functional project teams including technical and subject matter experts, assign action items, and track progress. Leverage an understanding of cybersecurity technologies, tools, and processes to ensure all areas of scope are adequately addressed. Develop , enforce, and track project implementation timelines while balancing competing demands of e nga ged resources.

Apply technical leadership, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation techniques to resolve implementation, deployment, and operational transition issues for all stakeholders. Identify and resolve potential technical execution gaps and serve as the t rus ted resource for overcoming delivery challenges throughout project execution. Proactively address challenging issues that arise during the project lifecycle including both resource and time constraints. Support Enterprise Cybersecurity ( ECS ) portfolio teamsto ensure timely and quality delivery of capabilities and services.

Implement components of the cybersecurity stack and cyber tools. Assist in soliciting and critically reviewing team inputsfor required reporting. Brief portfolio and senior leadership as needed. Leverage Jira, Service Now, Smartsheet, and other tools for tracking and reporting as needed. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizen ship is required .

You Have:

• 7+ years of experience in project management, including waterfall and Agile in a cybersecurity or IT environment, including schedule, risk, and scope management
• 5+ years of experience with leading technical cybersecurity projects
• Experience interfacing directly with senior leadership and providing executive summaries and narratives
• Experience develop ing and managing executive-level documentation, reports, whitepapers, proposals, and briefings
• Experience with cyber technologies, cyber tool capabilities, and cyber operations teams, including
  
  Zero T rus t and Data Protection strategies
• Experience with integrating complex applications into large, complicated environments
• Experience in Agile project management utilizing Jira and Confluence
• Ability to lead discussions and reach consensus among various stakeholders to conduct strategic planning, define business objectives, prioritize goals, and mitigate risks
• Bachelor's degree
• PMP or CompTIA Security+ certification

Nice If You Have:

• 5+ years of experience leading technical projects utilizing Agile met hodology in a cybersecurity or IT environment, including schedule, risk, and scope management
• 2+ years of experience with cybersecurity requirements, policy , and process transformation
• Experience using Jira and Smartsheet
• Experience managing senior leadership andfacilitatingaction management for leadership teams
• Experience using Micro sof t Suite, including Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
• Bachelor's degree
• PMP or CompTIA Security+ Certification s
