About the Role

We’re seeking a Data Center Operations Manager responsible for overseeing system operations, monitoring an online environment, and serving as the first point of contact for incidents. This role requires strong communication, hands‑on technical capability, and the ability to manage tasks and projects within established timelines and contractual requirements.

You will report anomalies, coordinate incident resolution, and maintain consistent communication with corporate teams, management, and the Lottery. The role also includes software deployment oversight, building and coaching operations staff, maintaining operational procedures, and ensuring smooth transitions into production environments.

A flexible work schedule is essential for system emergencies or supporting the team during absences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the online system and report incidents to management and corporate support teams.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for incidents, coordinating support until full resolution.
  • Communicate updates and reports to Scientific Games management and the Lottery.
  • Ensure tasks and projects meet deadlines and contractual expectations.
  • Create, maintain, and improve operational procedures for efficiency.
  • Manage software deployment processes into the production environment.
  • Build, train, and support operations staff within corporate guidelines.
  • Conduct regular customer check-ins via meetings or conference calls.
  • Support off‑hours emergencies as needed and provide coverage for absent staff.
