Overview
ND job order 923717. Temporary seasonal position from 2/28/2026 to 11/30/2026. Employees will assist with a variety of crop production tasks on a grain farm in central North Dakota, including operating agricultural equipment for planting, cultivating, and harvesting durum wheat, corn, soybeans, and sunflowers. This role involves physically demanding labor outdoors in varying weather conditions from early spring through late fall, covering peak operational needs from March through November.
Responsibilities- Field preparation such as tillage, soil conditioning, and residue management.
- Operate tractors, combines, planters, sprayers, and other farm machinery.
- Transport harvested crops using trucks and grain carts.
- Maintain and clean equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Load and unload seed, fertilizer, and harvested crops.
- Perform basic mechanical repairs as needed.
- Assist in storing and preparing grain for market and maintaining general cleanliness of work areas.
No experience required. Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds and be willing to work in extreme temperatures. Workers must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and have transportation to the job site (which will be reimbursed). Operator License Class D candidates have 60 days to obtain a license.
