After 9 years of serving the Fargo-Moorhead community, Down Home is expanding operations to Bismarck, ND. We are seeking our first boots on the ground hire in Bismarck, our Community Launch Coordinator.

This exciting, hands-on position is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, mission-focused environment. Guided by our core values of Faith, Integrity, Compassion, Collaboration, Dignity, and Hope, you will uphold a high standard of servant leadership as you work closely alongside National leadership, volunteers, and donors to establish our operations, community engagement, campaigns, and programming in the Bismarck area. As the charismatic welcoming face and Bismarck coordinator of Down Home, we are looking for someone positive, organized, and deeply committed to serving others.

You will be at the heart of our transformative mission, executing facility setup, operational logistics, volunteer mobilization, and local outreach. No two days are the same! We are seeking an individual with strong professional integrity who excels at managing multiple priorities while leading with grace and heart.

• Site & Facility Development:
  Alongside National leadership, coordinate the preparation, physical setup, and development of the Bismarck location from acquisition through launch readiness.
• Logistics & Infrastructure:
  Maintain essential administrative systems, organizational processes, office records, and warehouse logistics for smooth launch and operations.
• Hands-On Operations:
  Provide "boots-on-the-ground" leadership for facility organization, donation drop-offs, warehouse tours, room curating coordination, and move-in transformations.

• Hospitality & Visitor
  
  Experience:
  
  Serve as the welcoming face of Down Home by warmly engaging all donors, clients, volunteers, and community partners.
• Donor & Partner Stewardship:
  Grow community investment; invite and secure new community partners, and steward local relationships.
• Outreach:
  Represent Down Home as a charismatic ambassador during public events and community outreach initiatives.
• Volunteer Empowerment:
  Lead, inspire, and mobilize a strong volunteer foundation with clear direction, safety oversight, and positivity during operational set-up and service projects.
• Communications & Calendar Oversight:
  Professionally handle phone calls and email inquiries while coordinating the organization’s master calendar and scheduling.
• Mission Stewardship:
  Faithfully uphold Down Home's mission, core values, and high standards of servant leadership across all launch activities and community touchpoints.

• Bachelors or Associate degree and/or applicable job experience preferred
• Strong communication
• Proficiency in Google/Microsoft, Asana (Project Management Software),
• A can-do attitude and heart for embracing "other duties as assigned"

Full-time 40 hours in office, nonexempt position.
