As an LPN/RN, you will ensure residents receive the highest level of dignity and care, serving as a positive presence in residents’ lives and supporting families.

• Current LPN or RN license
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Interest in caring for elderly residents in a geriatric environment
• Team player, working closely with nurses to design and implement care plans
• Help oversee care staff and assist in making educated care decisions
• Willingness to continue learning, improving skills, and maintaining confidentiality
• Support the care team on the floors
• Maintain composure when dealing with residents, family, staff, visitors
