Clinic Registered Nurse or LPN | Urology Specialty | Elevate Patient Care

Sign On Bonus of $5000 for Clinic RN, LPN. We're looking for a dedicated Clinic Registered Nurse to play a vital role in our patient-centered Urology Clinic. Under the supervision of our Clinical Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating personalized patient care, ensuring exceptional quality and promoting wellness related to urological health. This role involves close collaboration with physicians, patient/family education, and skillful delegation of care.

• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on urological health and treatments.
• Assist physicians in clinical duties to deliver high-quality care.
• Manage a busy practice efficiently and professionally.

• Associate s or Bachelor s in Nursing or LPN licensure
• Active RN or LPN license in North Dakota or a compact state.
• Current CPR certification (BLS required within 480 hours of hire).
• Minimum 1 year of hospital or clinic nursing experience (urology experience preferred).
