Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse;
Assist with basic health care needs including daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and recording vital signs;
Communicate residents' changing condition and care-related concerns to the charge nurse;
Assist residents with meals and hydration and provide snacks as appropriate;
