Position: CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - FT - Days - St. Vincent's
Marshfield Clinic - 1021 North 26th Street - Responsibilities:
Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned resident under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).;
Delivers age-appropriate care related to the physical and psychological needs of the resident as per care plan.;
Obtains and records vital signs and provides psychosocial support and other personal care to residents.;
Assists residents with transfers, repositioning, and walking using correct transfer techniques and equipment.;
Documents resident interactions and communicates changes in condition to the charge nurse.
