As our Labor and Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse, you will help expectant mothers navigate the miraculous, and sometimes challenging, journey of childbirth, ensuring safe deliveries and healthy beginnings for both mother and baby. Every day you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care for women in labor, during delivery, and in the immediate postpartum period, focusing on maternal and fetal well‑being.

- Perform rapid and precise interventions during critical moments, such as fetal distress, postpartum hemorrhage, or preeclampsia, demonstrating expert clinical judgment and the ability to act swiftly and calmly under pressure.
- Collaborate effectively with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, neonatologists, lactation consultants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes for both mother and newborn.
- Provide extensive education and emotional support to laboring mothers and their families, guiding them through the childbirth experience, explaining procedures, and promoting positive coping mechanisms.
