Urology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Locum Tenens)

This facility seeks a Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum tenens support for outpatient urology clinic coverage.
Schedule- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Outpatient clinic; urology cases
Requirements- Board Certified and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Active Wisconsin State license
- Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
- Proficiency with Epic EMR
