As a Registered Nurse on our Telemetry Medical-Surgical Unit, you ll be a vital guardian of our patients  cardiac and overall health. You ll apply your specialized skills and compassion every day to:

• Master Telemetry Monitoring:
  Expertly assess and interpret cardiac rhythms, promptly recognizing and responding to changes in patient condition.
• Provide Advanced Medical Care:
  Manage complex medical conditions, administer medications, perform wound care, and provide comprehensive holistic care to a diverse patient population.
• Be a Critical Responder:
  Utilize your sharp assessment skills to identify and quickly address emergent situations, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with Excellence:
  Partner closely with physicians, cardiologists, specialists, and the entire care team, fostering seamless communication to deliver integrated, exceptional care.

What We re Looking For (Your Essential Qualifications!):

• Education:
  
  A nursing degree from an approved school of nursing. BSN preferred – we champion advanced learning!
• Licensure:
  Current license to practice registered nursing in North Dakota or a compact state.
• Experience:
  
  While new grads are welcome, we re especially seeking RNs with at least two (2) years of clinical experience in Telemetry, Med-Surg, or a related acute care specialty.
