Leidos Intelligence Sector is seeking a fully cleared Personal Care Assistant (PCA) who is seeking a rewarding and challenging opportunity supporting medical services for an Intelligence Community (IC) client in northern Virginia. Generally, new PCAs are assigned to a specific client site within northern Virginia, however there may be times when travel to alternate local sites is required. This is a position with tremendous opportunity for someone with a passion for serving others who enjoys supporting an important mission in the Intelligence Sector.

• Assist clientele who require assistance performing activities of daily living, i.e., hygiene needs, feeding, transporting in a wheelchair, escorting to vehicle and other activities as required.
• Assist with minor office duties to include, but not limited to, printing, faxing, etc.
• Provide personal hygiene assistance throughout the day.
• Promote personal safety and a safe environment for assigned personnel.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Comply with established policies and procedures.
• Potentially travel between government buildings to provide support to clientele at different work sites (personally owned vehicle mileage reimbursement provided).

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
• High School diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of PCA experience.
• Active PCA certification.
• Ability to periodically report to different client sites within Fairfax County, VA.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.

Pay Range: $50,700.00 - $91,650.00. The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
