Job Summary

Registered Nurse (RN) working with Solutions By Sanford. 12‑hour rotating shifts, 48 hours per week. Salary range: $3,586–$3,586 per week. This is a non‑union, salaried position. Contracts last 14 weeks with option to extend or transfer to another Sanford site.

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other inter‑professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Provide care across all phases: preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, follow‑up, and continuum of care.
• Plan and coordinate care, perform patient assessments, provide education, triage, and other nursing interventions.
• Operate within scope of the Nurse Practice Act and state administrative rules.

• At least one year of RN experience.
• At least six months of travel nursing experience.
• Resident living at least 60 miles from the assigned location.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license from the state of practice. Possession of multistate licensure via NLC acceptable.
• Obtains and maintains department‑specific competencies and certifications.

• Weekly pay with stipend included in the weekly rate.
• Eligibility for Sanford Benefits.
• Contract length 14 weeks with extension or transfer options.
