CVS Health RN‑to‑BSN Program
This program aims to develop RN‑to‑BSN students to be ready for the real world.
Students gain:
- Practical education including health assessments, customer care, insurance procedures, and use of evidence‑based guidelines.
- Exposure to the case management care model of service delivery.
- An understanding of how a corporation relates to and supports the advancement of clinical practice.
- A variety of clinical rotation locations and schedules.
- Must be enrolled in an RN‑to‑BSN program partnered with CVS Health.
- Must have an Associate’s Degree (ADN) in Nursing.
- Must have at least one year of RN experience.
- Must have an RN license in the state where precepting.
- Must have a driver’s license and own transportation.
CVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID‑19, including any required booster shots, unless an approved reasonable accommodation is granted. Applicants must have received at least one COVID‑19 shot prior to their first day of clinicals and must attest to vaccination status or apply for accommodation from the school within the first 10 days. In some states and roles, proof of full vaccination or an approved accommodation may be required before starting clinicals.
This role is part of an unpaid clinical student program and is not eligible for pay or benefits.
Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for the rotation program in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
