Experienced RNs can join the Solutions By Sanford team!
You will be paid weekly, with your stipend included in the weekly pay rate. You will also be eligible for Sanford Benefits. Contracts are 14 weeks with the option to extend or move to another Sanford site.
Requirements- At least one year of experience.
- At least six months of travel experience.
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for.
Graduate from an accredited nursing program is required, including but not limited to the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). A Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred. Current holders must maintain an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing occurs, and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
Department‑specific competencies and certifications must be obtained and maintained.
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients. The RN collaborates with inter‑professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care. The RN demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards in the assigned clinical setting.
The RN cares for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up as patients move along the continuum of care. The RN is responsible for planning and coordinating care, patient assessment, patient education, triage, and various other nursing interventions within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in the state of practice and licensure.
