Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse seeking to make a significant impact in patient care? We are looking for a dedicated RN to join our Gastro clinic team and contribute to a supportive and healing environment.

$20,000 sign on bonus eligible

At CHI St. Alexius you’ll play a vital role in delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care. You’ll work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, ensuring patients and families receive exceptional support and education to promote wellness.

• Provide Comprehensive Patient Care: Plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care plans, ensuring adherence to established protocols and policies.
• Support Clinic Operations: Prepare patients for visits, document care accurately, and assist clinic staff as needed, including covering absences.
• Ensure Patient Safety: Uphold infection control, medication administration, and controlled substance regulations.
• Collaborate Effectively: Foster strong relationships within the healthcare team through clear communication and teamwork.
• Educate and Empower: Provide essential health education to patients and their families.
• Adhere to Standards: Practice nursing according to the North Dakota Nurse Practice Act and all regulatory standards.
• Continuous Growth: Maintain professional competency through ongoing training and cross‑training in areas like patient registration, phlebotomy, and waived testing.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required
• Licensed to practice nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state
• Basic life support certified
