Deliver high-quality care as a Registered Nurse on a Medical-Surgical (RN-MS) unit, supporting a diverse patient population with acute and chronic health conditions. This position requires a compassionate, organized, and skilled RN committed to achieving positive patient outcomes and collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered RN license required
Minimum of one year recent experience in a Medical-Surgical (MS) unit
Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills
Proficient in medication administration and patient monitoring
Current BLS certification (Advanced certifications such as ACLS are an asset)
Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities

Schedule:

Full-time contract position; specific shift details will be discussed during the interview process

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care for adult and geriatric patients with varying diagnoses
Conduct thorough patient assessments and initiate appropriate interventions
Monitor and document vital signs, progress, and medication response
Collaborate closely with physicians, case managers, and allied health professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and health management
Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines
Uphold high standards of infection control and patient safety
