Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Opportunity

As an award-winning care center, we will cover the cost of your Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training and pay you while you learn. CNAs play a vital role in helping residents maintain independence and quality of life through personal care and daily support.

If you're passionate about helping others and looking for a meaningful new path, this is an opportunity you don't want to miss. Through our partnership with Bismarck State College, you'll complete your CNA coursework either online (self-paced) or in person (Monday–Friday from 6:00pm to 10:00 pm) for approximately 3 weeks. After successfully completing the course and state certification, you'll be offered a Nursing Assistant position right here at Baptist Health & Rehab—launching your career with a team that truly cares.
