Shift: 12‑hour night shifts (overnight) – Full time, 40 hours per week.
Salary range: $26.00 – $36.00 per hour.
Sign‑on bonus: $30,000.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Overnight, full‑time.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long‑term care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. The LPN demonstrates knowledge of nursing principles, performs testing to evaluate resident status, administers medications or treatments, documents resident interactions and outcomes, and works effectively with the interdisciplinary care team. The LPN counsels residents, family members, or advocates on prevention and treatment plans and provides technical support to healthcare professionals as needed.
Qualifications- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
- Completion of a pre‑licensure nursing program with supervised clinical experience across the lifespan or minimum 400 hours of experience as an LPN at another facility.
- Current unencumbered LPN license with the State Nursing Board; multi‑state licensure privileges acceptable.
- Must have obtained and maintain required department‑specific competencies and certifications, including annual continuing education units (CEU).
- For positions requiring IV therapy/management in North Dakota, must have graduated from a Board‑approved AASPN program with IV therapy in the curriculum or completed an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
