Registered Nurse (RN):
Med-Surgical / ER

$40–$50/hr base (+ shift differentials + OT)

• Provide direct patient care across Med‑Surg and ER
• Administer meds/treatments, follow physician orders, and document in the EHR
• Monitor patient status changes and respond to emergencies
• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers and update care plans
• Supervise CNAs, NAs, and LPNs on shift and assist with new‑hire orientation
• Cross‑train and float between ER and Med‑Surg as needed

• Active RN license (ND or compact)
• ADN or graduate of an approved RN program
• BLS required (or obtain within 3 months)
• ACLS/PALS/NIHSS required (TNCC preferred; can obtain after hire)
• Med‑Surg and/or ER experience preferred, not required

• $40–$50/hr base (experience‑dependent) + differentials + OT opportunities
