Job Description

Bio Life Plasma Services, a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd., is recruiting a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) to support daily operations at our Plasma Donation Center.

• Determine donor eligibility and manage donor adverse events.
• Review laboratory test results and notify donors of unsuitable results.
• Conduct donor assessments including informed consent, medical history interview, physical examination, blood testing, and review of serological protein electrophoresis (SPE).
• Evaluate donor reactions and follow SOPs for medical emergencies.
• Refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs for medical or technical guidance.
• Support Hepatitis B and seasonal flu vaccination programs for employees.
• Manage employee incidents and coordinate evaluations with occupational health/ER.
• Serve as a Pandemic Coordinator under EHS guidance when authorized.

• High school diploma or graduate equivalent of a recognized educational nursing program with state requirements.
• Currently licensed or certified in the state of assignment:
  Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Fulfill state requirements for basic IV therapy.
• Completion of the FDA‑approved training requirements for Bio Life Medical Support Specialist.
• Minimum two years experience in a clinical or hospital setting.

• Competitive hourly wage range of $35.20 – $48.40 (USA – ND – Bismarck).
