Medical Surgical Float Pool - Travel Registered Nurse

Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for this travel nursing assignment.

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Float Pool experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years.
• Epic experience preferred.
• North Dakota license or compact license required (will be verified after submission).
• Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam required during onboarding.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) credential required.
• Driver’s license required for submission.

• Candidate must live >50 miles from facility (travel only).
• May require floating to additional units and locations; first to float.
• 12‑month gaps required for staff placement at Medical Solutions Plus Program – Midwest Common Spirit Health; similar restrictions for per diem.
• Cannot have worked at any Common Spirit location within the last 12 months.
• Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.
• References: 1 Charge/Lead reference within last 12 months; 1 Manager/Supervisor reference within last 3 years.
• Pre‑employment modules may be required.

• Patient ratios:
  Days – 1:5;
  Nights – 1:6.
• Surgical patients: total joint, fractures, bariatric, urology, general surgery.
• Medical patients: CHF, CVA, shortness of breath, diabetic issues.
• No titratable drips. Use CPAP, BiPAP, high‑flow.
• Telemetry on unit; monitor tech reads strips and RN confirms.

• Only one holiday off allowed; facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027.
