Location:

In‑Office, Bismarck, ND, United States

• Provide LPN care during night shifts, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., with rotating schedule and end‑of‑week adjustments.
• Work nights in a long‑term care unit, managing residents with tracheostomies, ventilators, gastrostomy tubes, peg tubes, wounds, and medication aids.
• Maintain nurse‑to‑patient ratio of 1:24‑1:28, with rotating 33‑hour and 44‑hour weeks; overtime available as needed.
• Follow Matrix Charting and required documentation procedures.
• Adhere to a 1‑hour break per 12‑hour shift and complete orientation within the first few hours of employment.
• Coordinate with the Director of Nursing or Unit Manager for any additional training or orientation needs.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of North Dakota.
• IV certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with long‑term care environments and residents requiring advanced medical support.

• Rotating night schedule: 7 p.m. – 7 a.m.

• 33‑hour week followed by a 44‑hour week, with overtime available.

• 1‑hour break per 12‑hour shift.

• Staff use their own badge and name recognition system.
