Working Hours and Compensation

12‑hour night shift, scheduled weekly hours: 36. Salary range: $33.00–$48.00 per hour. $20,000 sign‑on bonus for eligible candidates. +$2.50/hr straight‑night differential. Every third weekend required. Union:

The Registered Nurse (RN) utilizes the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation—to provide individualized nursing care for neuro‑medical and neurosurgery patients, as well as a variety of general Med‑Surg patients. The RN works independently and collaboratively with a team of motivated professionals to deliver high‑quality care to patients and families.

Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred. Current, unencumbered RN license with the state board of nursing where practice occurs or multistate licensure in a Nurse Licensure Compact state. Obtain and maintain required department‑specific competencies and certifications.
