Responsibilities
  • Assist healthcare providers with a variety of tasks, including patient scheduling, examinations, and performing essential reception and office duties related to referrals and appointments.
  • Order supplies to support operations effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless flow of patient care.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (required).
  • Strong communication skills to interact with patients, providers, and medical professionals daily.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage patient scheduling and maintain an efficient flow of care.
  • Attention to detail for accurate documentation and timely follow-up on referrals.
  • Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a compassionate, empathetic approach to patient care.
