Overview
The Regional Clinical Manager is a licensed Registered Nurse who oversees a team of clinicians in all day-to-day aspects of client/family care including, but not limited to: regulatory and billing compliance, scheduling of adequate staff, Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings and utilization, customer service, and the provision of medication, services, equipment and supplies, in accordance with the individualized plan of care developed by the client and/or family, physician and interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and staff scheduling.
- Coordinate Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings and utilization.
- Ensure regulatory and billing compliance.
- Ensure the provision of medication, services, equipment and supplies in accordance with the individualized plan of care.
- Provide customer service and support to clients and families.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
