Cynet Health Staff seeks an experienced RN - Psych for a 13-week assignment in Bismarck, ND. The unit serves adults and adolescents in a locked setting with a 3:1 adult and 6:1 adolescent nurse-to-patient ratio.
You will cover 12-hour day shifts, every other weekend and holidays, perform 15-minute rounds, and chart in EPIC. Strong de-escalation and communication skills, plus willingness to work with adolescents, are essential.
