Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Bismarck, North Dakota, 58501!

Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor and Delivery

Bismarck, ND | Acute Care

Contract | 12-hour night shifts with some day shifts; weekends required

• Provide nursing care for Labor and Delivery patients, including high-risk cases, through the full delivery process
• Deliver postpartum care for mother and baby couplets
• Provide gynecological surgical post-op care
• Perform and interpret fetal monitoring using OBIX documentation and centralized monitoring systems
• Utilize facility equipment including fetal monitors, suction, oxygen, and vital signs monitors; chart in EPIC for gyn patients
• Float to the newborn nursery and NICU as needed to support staffing ("helping hands" role)

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and Gynecology
• Required certifications: BLS/CPR, ACLS, and NRP
• Willingness to float to the newborn nursery and NICU
• Willingness to work nights and some day shifts, including weekends
• Must have a permanent address more than 80 miles from the facility to be eligible

• STABLE certification (preferred, not required)
• Experience with OBIX fetal monitoring documentation and centralized monitoring systems
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records

• Structured orientation program of approximately 36 hours designed specifically for traveling clinicians to support a smooth transition onto the unit
• Opportunity to work in a dynamic Labor and Delivery environment serving a diverse patient population including high-risk cases across L&D, postpartum, and gynecological care
