NICU RN – Bismarck, ND

Shift: 12H Day/Night Rotating, every other weekend
Contract Length: 13 weeks (91 contract weeks available)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Radius Requirement: Cannot accept travelers within 60 miles of facility; local rate applies for those living 60–80 miles (client rate reduced by $8.00/hr)
Cancellation Policy: Client may cancel up to 12 hours every 13 weeks

• Charting System: EPIC (One Chart)
• Level IV NICU — AAP-accredited/verified
• 40 beds
• Ratios: 1:1–1:2 (critical/intermediate infants), 3:1 (growing/feeding infants)
• Equipment:
  Draeger conventional ventilators, high-frequency jet/oscillator ventilators, nitric oxide, cool cap, Med Fusion/Smart pumps, Spacelab monitors, MAK for medications, Accudose
• Must float to PICU and PEDS (skills checklists required at submission)
• BSN not required
• Orientation: EPIC training + 2 days with a buddy

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience required
• Active ND and Compact RN license (willing to obtain)
• Active BLS – AHA required
• NRP required
• Must be able to administer meds through a PICC line
• EPIC experience highly preferred
• Level IV NICU experience required
• License to Submit:
