This 25-bed critical access hospital operates a Level IV Trauma Center emergency department and maintains established clinical protocols and appropriate resources to support quality emergency care delivery. The facility provides the infrastructure necessary to accommodate locum tenens clinicians during assigned coverage periods.

North Dakota offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of outdoor and cultural attractions suited to varied interests. The state features opportunities for hiking, fishing, hunting, and wildlife viewing across its parks and natural areas, including Theodore Roosevelt National Park and the Missouri River corridor. Cultural and community events are available throughout the region, and clinicians will find diverse options for leisure during time away from clinical responsibilities.

The Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner will provide locum tenens clinical coverage during day shifts at this on-site Level IV Trauma Center emergency department, with shifts scheduled from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Clinicians will evaluate and manage patients presenting to the emergency department across all age groups, delivering standard emergency care consistent with a critical access hospital setting. No call responsibilities are associated with this assignment, and board certification is required.
